Microalgae Cultivation
Strains like Crypthecodinium cohnii and Arthrospira are grown in closed photobioreactors under optimized light, temperature, and nutrient conditions
CO₂ Absorption
Ambient or channelled CO₂ emissions are fed into the system, where microalgae biologically fix the carbon through photosynthesis.
Harvesting & Dewatering
Algal biomass is collected and concentrated using energy-efficient centrifugation.
Oil Extraction
Using supercritical CO₂ extraction or enzymatic processes (optional), pure DHA/EPA-rich oil is separated from the biomass.
Refining & Encapsulation
The oil is refined to food-grade standards and optionally encapsulated for supplement or bulk distribution.
